8. In the event of cancellation of the transaction within 14 days, the company will charge a cancellation fee of 100 NIS or 5% of the transaction value, whichever is lower. (In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, Distance Selling Transaction).
9. If the transaction is canceled after the customer has already received the product, the customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to the company, in addition to the cancellation fee.
10. The cancellation policy detailed above will only apply to products purchased on the Site. The Company will not handle returns of products purchased through any other source.

Product delivery and transportation

17. The exclusive remedy for any product covered by the warranty with defective packaging is limited to the replacement of the product with the defective packaging. The Company’s total liability with respect to any defective packaging shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product.

19.
